Background

The Company operates under the name of "La Hispaniola".
Ola means "wave" in English. This was therefore a very appropriate name : the Spanish wave.
The name was inspired by Christopher Columbus this was the name he gave to the island of Haiti when he first discovered it in 1492.
Hispaniola also means "Little Spain".
Nathalie Sanchez was born in Lyon where she was raised in a bilingual and bicultural environment. Immediately after her studies, she quite naturally turned to translation and interpreting.
She initially worked as a freelance translator, from 1997 to 2003. Due to the success and constant growth of her business, after six years of freelance translating she decided to set up a limited company.
The company will be called Nathalie Sanchez SARL.

Despite the numerous diplomas she already holds, the market evolution will lead her to return to University in 2009, with the aim of specializing herself.
Always committed to delivering the highest standards of service possible to her customers, Nathalie completed her initial education and graduated as a legal translator and interpreter in the Lyon 3 University.
