Our offices are open Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (CET), and, when required, we may handle emails requests during the evening.
Candice is present every morning from 9.00 to 13.00 am and Nathalie is available from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.
During our office’s annual closure, Géraldine Bourneuf deals with your requests.
We can also work on weekends and public holidays for particularly urgent jobs.
Made up of different external partners, our team enables us to be very responsive. We can therefore process urgent requests by splitting one project between several translators if required. We then carry out cross-checked proofreading in order to harmonize the translation and therefore guarantee the quality of the final document. In addition, in particular when creating glossaries, most team members who have been working together for several years discuss translation issues that may come up as often as necessary as the job progresses.
Each customer is assigned to a translator to ensure efficiency and consistency when processing jobs. If this translator is on holidays another one can step in with the help of the glossaries produced by the previous translator and translation memories which have been compiled over the years.
